Child Abuse Prevention Program, The NY Foundling were here to offer important information on best we can keep our children safe.  They shared many of New York State Laws which is very important to know.  They brought Dunkin Donuts and held a $25 gift card raffle!   If you didn't have the chance to come this year, we do hope to see you next year!

Ms. Vasiu and Mrs. Staubitz, with the technical support from Ms. Ciccione hosted a Homework Help Workshop.  All parents in attendance received a Homework Tote and a place mat for their children encouraging them to make certain they have their own area to do homework.  A Homework Supply box was raffled off and won by Ms. Beverly Chan!  If you could not make it this year, we do hope to see you next.

Mrs. Bajit hosted a Read Aloud of What it Means to Be Safe? asking class K-219 questions about keeping safe and she also discussed computer safety.  Our parents who were in attendance received a free copy of the book and were quite impressed with class K-219.  Ms. Torres should be very proud of them.

Nurse Ryan and Grade 5 copmplete their Asthma Assembly classes and celebrate with fresh fruit and mini muffins.  Thank you to Nurse Ryan for all she does.

We held our CS4ALL night with much success.  Coding fun was had by all.
